What we offer

Coaching rooted in faith

Whether you're navigating a season of transition, seeking deeper identity in Christ, or longing for community, we have a coaching path for you.

The Charis Model™

Every coaching engagement at Charis Christian Coaching Group is built on the Charis Model™ — a faith-centered framework that integrates biblical truth, personal identity, and purposeful living.

We believe Christian formation happens when we are Rooted in Truth, Grounded in Identity, Growing in Purpose, and Bearing Fruit. Our coaches walk alongside you through each of these dimensions.

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit." — John 15:5

Common questions

What to expect

Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?

The Charis Integrative Christian Coaching Model™ is grounded in a distinctly Christian worldview. It begins with God as the source of reality and truth, with Scripture providing the authoritative framework for understanding human life, growth, and faithful change.  For a more in-depth understanding of The Charis Integrative Christian Coaching Model™ read the article in the Resources section entitled "Christian Integration: Why the Charis Model Begins With Truth."

Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?

Our coaching is explicitly faith-centered and rooted in Scripture. We welcome anyone who is open to exploring faith as part of their growth journey.

How long does a coaching engagement typically last?

Most clients engage for 3–6 months, though some continue longer. We'll discuss what makes sense for your goals during the discovery call.

Are sessions available online?

Yes — individual sessions are available both in-person in the Wichita, KS area and online via video. Group cohorts are conducted fully online.
